PayEverywhere is a solution to enable universal acceptance of less well-accepted payment brands. With PayEverywhere, limited-distribution payment types enjoy immediate acceptance across all merchants via the VISA and MasterCard acceptance networks.
Overview
PayEverywhere™ is a solution that will enable your customers to use their account:
- for ALL 'Card Not Present' Transactions (Internet plus Mail Order/Telephone Order) including every merchant on the web
- without the account provider having the overhead of signing up all merchants
- for contactless payments in the physical world where Visa/MasterCard is accepted
It is a solution to enable ubiquitous acceptance of less well accepted payment types (e.g. private label cards, closed loop payment types, other payment brands, etc.) via the acceptance network of well accepted payment brand such as Visa or MasterCard.
Merchants don�t need to change acceptance, back end web design or sign up to accept this payment type.
A unique MasterCard/Visa number is generated for every transaction where the closed loop payment solution is not accepted and the transaction occurs against primary account as if merchant accepted payment type natively.
How it Works
- Consumers sign up for the PayEverywhere feature on their payment brand (Brand A)
- A unique VISA or MasterCard number is generated for each transaction when the native payment brand is not accepted by the merchant
- The transaction occurs against the primary account with the exact acceptance process as if the merchant accepted Brand A
- Merchants have no work to enable the PayEverywhere transaction and accept the transaction as if a real Visa/MasterCard card was used
